At AakhiraHub, we sell digital ebooks, journals, planners, and other downloadable PDF products.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after download.

Because our digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

Please carefully review the product description and contents before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

We want you to receive and access the product you purchased. If you experience a genuine technical problem with your order, please contact us at hello@aakhirahub.com.

We may assist with issues such as:

  • A download link is not working.

  • A purchased file is missing or corrupted.

  • You received an incorrect digital product.

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased file.

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file or new download link.

Technical assistance or replacement of a defective file does not constitute a refund.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

Please check your cart and order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, no refund will be issued, in accordance with our digital-product refund policy.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may cease once you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved by AakhiraHub, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
